The space The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, a kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, kettle and dishes, and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. Possibility to add a crib/camping cot. A gazebo is available for exclusive use to sip wine or read a good book. The flowered balcony will allow you to have breakfast or dinner outdoors. Private parking with 6 parking spaces available, free Wi-Fi. Electric car charging included. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire garden and a wooden patio for their EXCLUSIVE use, surrounded by greenery and flowers, next to a majestic fountain with a soothing sound. Depending on the season, guests will also be able to enjoy the produce from our garden and the fruit from our orchard free of charge. Other things to note A washing machine is available upon request. It is located on the ground floor of the villa and is available for guests' use. Alternatively, we provide a partner laundry service free of charge, just a few minutes from the property. To make you feel at home, you will also find Bruno and Giunone, our two very sweet family dogs. They are extremely sociable, used to guests, and love cuddles. They live in the villa's large outdoor spaces, but they respect the area of your private gazebo to ensure maximum privacy. The center of Castellana can be reached by car in 5 minutes, and the sea is 15 minutes away. You can take beautiful walks on foot along a small municipal road that will take you into the surrounding countryside. Our location is ideal for exploring the area: in a few minutes by car, you can visit iconic places such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello. A few hundred meters away is an excellent restaurant-pizzeria, Al Pozzo, where you can enjoy local specialties and excellent wood-fired pizzas. Bari and Brindisi airports are about an hour away.
