A well-equipped kitchen with filtered water, a gas stove, convection oven, microwave and all the necessities to make your stay function and feel like home, including a Vitamix, Instant Pot and small rice cooker. Grill your favorite meal or just relax on patio with a view of the Flat Tops and Castle Peak. Driveway and garage parking for your vehicles, bikes and sport equipment. Watch the hummingbirds in the day and stargaze at night! With the absence of light pollution, you can actually see the stars up here in the valley. Available at the property: 2 pickleball paddles, 2 adult PFDs, a few beach towels and ski rack. Sleeping Arrangements- We can comfortably host up to 5 adults. Guest access House and garage. Other things to note We have a strict no smoking policy; a fee of $500 per occurrence will be imposed if violated or if the house/garage smells like smoke. Our house is a duplex and shares a single wall with our neighbors so be mindful of the noise; quiet hours 10pm-8am. Parking: 3 spots in the driveway/garage combined. All other parking needs to be in the DESIGNATED guest parking area. No oversized vehicles permitted. All vehicles leaking fluids must park in the Guest Area, not the driveway or garage. Maximum of 5 adults, please get prior approval for 6 adults; Each guest must have their own dedicated bed—no sofa or couch sleeping permitted. Winter: roads and sidewalks are plowed for snowfalls of 2" or more. Driveway and back porch is your responsibility to shovel; shovels provided. Kindly read the rules and agree to them before requesting a booking. For security reasons, this property features an exterior security camera system; voice/audio monitoring has been disabled.
