Guest access House and garage. Other things to note We have a strict no smoking policy; a fee of $500 per occurrence will be imposed if violated or if the house/garage smells like smoke. Our house is a duplex and shares a single wall with our neighbors so be mindful of the noise; quiet hours 10pm-8am. Parking: 3 spots in the driveway/garage combined. All other parking needs to be in the DESIGNATED guest parking area. No oversized vehicles permitted. All vehicles leaking fluids must park in the Guest Area, not the driveway or garage. Winter: roads and sidewalks are plowed for snowfalls of 2" or more. Driveway and back porch is your responsibility to shovel; shovels provided. Max adults is 5; you must get approval from host if more than 5 adults. Kindly read the rules and agree to them before requesting a booking.
