To keep the entertainment going, we have an array of board games and card games suitable for all age groups. You can also enjoy the experience of a mixologist at our mini bar table, complete with a bartender kit and mixology guides. Whether you seek excitement or relaxation, our living room has something for everyone to enjoy. *Kitchen* Step into our fully loaded kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials you need, making it feel like your home away from home. Ideal for families, this kitchen welcomes you to prepare delicious meals and create lasting memories together. *Bedrooms* The house features three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king bed, a queen bed and a dedicated workspace, another room with a king bed and a dedicated workspace, and a third room with a queen bed and a TV. *Bathrooms* You'll find two full bathrooms at our property: one with a bathtub in the upstairs hallway and another with a glass door shower in the master bedroom. Additionally, the garage is not available for parking. The house is ideally located less than 1 mile from highway 140, with easy paved access. It offers complete privacy in a serene hilltop setting, granting breathtaking views of the mountains. Moreover, the entire road leading to the house is fully paved for your convenience. *High-risk of wildfire hazard: please note that the property is located in a high-risk fire zone and outdoor wood-burning fire pit usage is NOT ALLOWED during May to November, as per county restricted burn bans. It is strictly prohibited. Please adhere to this rule to ensure safety and prevent fire hazards. Violation of this rule will result in penalties. Please note that the regulations may be subject to change based on local ordinances. These cameras are actively recording and positioned to monitor only the key entrance points of the house.
