Located just 5 minutes from USF and Busch Gardens, it’s the perfect home base for work, school, or play. Inside, guests will find: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for cooking. A washer and dryer in the unit for easy laundry access. Smart TVs in every room, plus games for relaxing nights in. A private patio to enjoy fresh air and unwind. Community amenities include: A swimming pool, gym, and game room (all accessible with the provided key card). Tennis and basketball courts for outdoor fun. Assigned parking right in front of the building for convenience. Guests can expect a clean, comfortable space with thoughtful touches like extra linens, beach towels, and family-friendly amenities such as a booster seat and Pack ’n Play. ✨ Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, The Tulip offers the perfect mix of relaxation, location, and convenience. Guest access 🌟 Guest Access Guests will have full access to the condo during their stay, including the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, private patio, and in-unit washer/dryer. Assigned parking is included right in front of the building, so there’s no need to worry about finding a spot. In addition to the condo itself, you’ll also have access to all of the Somerset Park community amenities: A refreshing swimming pool Gym and game room (accessible 24/7 with the key card provided) Tennis and basketball courts adjacent to the pool The clubhouse (open 10 AM – 4 PM) for extra relaxation and activities Entry is simple and secure with a digital smart lock — no keys to keep track of, just the unique code we’ll send before check-in. Somerset Park is a gated community. Enter the code *8255 and the gate will lift and your vacation awaits! Other things to note ✨ Other Things to Note Coffee + Snacks: We’ve stocked a full coffee bar and light snacks to help you feel right at home. Quiet Hours: Out of respect for neighbors, quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am. Pool: While you are just a few steps from the pool, access is shared with the community. Please follow posted rules if you plan to swim. Comfort First: Beds feature plush bedding for a restful night’s sleep. House Rules: No parties, smoking, or unregistered guests. This helps us keep The Tulip clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
