Townside@LavaHotSprings is a spacious 4 bdrm, 2 bath country home on an acre close enough to walk to Lava Hot Springs but out of the traffic. This home is the perfect place for enjoying Lava Hot Springs and its World Famous Hot Pools, floating the Portneuf River or playing in the Olympic Pool with slides. The home has has a BBQ grill, fire pit, volleyball net, outdoor hammock & picnic area for enjoying those summer days and nights. Please note: Yard is dry and not green. This has been very hot. Other things to note *Because this is a an older home with farms around, as the months get colder bugs do find their way inside to the warmth. We treat regularly and do our best to keep them out. But, some may still find their way in. Strict no pet policy and no camping trailers allowed. Fines Charged of $100 per person per night if over 16
