This stylish place is perfect for a restful stay to regroup and recharge. It's a charming & comfortable private room with a Tropical Hawaiian decor located within a single family home. Includes a queen bed, Wi-Fi, TV with ROKU (Paramount+, Prime Video, Fandango with 160+ movie library), k-cup machine, Mini fridge, coffee pods, water, a work desk, waste basket, space heater oscillating fan, & A/C unit. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are conveniently located in the shared bathroom. The space This is a bedroom on the second story of a single-family home located in the South San Diego suburb of San Diego county. The home is located right off the 805 freeway between Chula Vista and San Ysidro. The room is decorated in a Hawaiian/Tropical theme. It includes a microwave, mini-refridgerator, coffee maker, TV with Roku that includes Netflix, Peacock TV, Paramount+, over 160 movies on Vudu, a work desk, an oscillating fan, & an A/C unit. The room also includes Wi-Fi, towels, extra bed linens, extra blanket, waste basket, and single-use toothbrushes with toothpaste. My wife, daughter, and I live here. We maintain a warm and friendly environment to make our guests stay as comfortable as posible. Guest access Guests will recieve a set of keys for the bedroom and for the home's front door for easy in and out access during their stay. In addition to the private bedroom that the guest will occupy, the guests will have access to a bathroom that may be shared with other AirBnB guests staying in one of the other bedrooms. Guests wishing to use the kitchen may do so with prior approval from the host. During your stay We are a friendly family and do not mind saying hi, chatting, or even sharing a meal with our guests should they feel inclined. Otherwise, we will also respect guest's wishes for a more private experience. We are mostly always on the premises or can be reached via the AirBnb app messaging system. Other things to note The TV Roku has Fanango with over 170 movies and TV shows you can enjoy. It also has Prime Video, Paramount+, and many other channels. You are welcome to park on the street, which is free in our neighborhood. It is imperative to acknowledge that this is a family residence, and the listing pertains specifically to a private bedroom within our family home. The room has a lock and the guest will be provided with a key to the room as well as a key to the home's frond door. Also, it should be understood that the bathroom may be shared with other AirBnB guests in adjacent rooms. Quiet hours are designated from 10 pm to 6 am; however, it is anticipated that, during regular daytime hours, typical sounds and activities associated with a family home may be present. If the guest is seeking complete privacy or an entirely quiet environment, it is advisable that they consider booking accommodations at a hotel or an Airbnb that offers an entire property, rather than a bedroom.
