Villa w/ pool and lovely views 10 min from Malaga

🏡The house has 5 rooms and space for 20 guests as well as several amenities such as a swimming pool, barbecue, table football, paella, television, complete kitchenware and a ping pong table. 🌳Located in a totally privileged place due to its proximity to the city (6km), with some neighbors around, but surrounded by nature, it offers tranquility and beautiful views. Both the train station, the airport, the historic center and the beaches are just 20-25 minutes away. The space 🍽️At the entrance of the house is the living-dining room that has a fireplace, next to this room is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and more utensils. In this space is the full bathroom on the ground floor. 🛏️On this floor there are also two bedrooms; one next to the living room, with a double bed and a single bed. The other one is closer to the entrance, with a double bed and two singles (one of them extra). The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and there is the another full bathroom and three bedrooms: two with a bunk bed and a double bed and another with a bunk bed, a double bed and a single bed (extra bed). Guest access 🫕Outside there is a covered summer kitchen, with a built-in barbecue, sink and a large rustic table with two benches. There is also a large covered room with a sofa, table, bar with refrigerator and freezer and a ping pong table. ☀️In the upper space there is the pool from where you can enjoy the impressive environment that surrounds the house. Here we find an outdoor shower, table, chairs and four sun loungers. In this area there is also another full bathroom. Other things to note The location of the house and its proximity to all of Malaga means that you can also enjoy the city and everything it offers. ❗This also implies that there are some neighbors around, so noise must be respected during the day and especially at night. Therefore, parties in the house are not allowed. There are several high quality restaurants/cafes/bars within approximately 1km. The nearest supermarket is 6km away.
