Located in Guzet, municipality of Ustou, the 32 m2 apartment has a balcony with mountain and slope views. Maximum rental for 5 people (different configurations possible). It consists of a bedroom, shower room, and living room (kitchen and living room). In the basement, the apartment has a ski locker. Not provided: bed sheets, towels, napkins, dish towel. Supplied: household products, paper towels, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. The space 32 m² apartment in Guzet-Neige (09) at the foot of the slopes, with large balcony and views of the mountains. The apartment (non-smoking) is composed of: - a bedroom with: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm), a cabin area with 2 bunk beds (80 x 130 cm) suitable for children up to the age of about 8 years, board games, books and plenty of storage. - a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) - a living room: 2 beds (sofa/pull-out beds of 90 x 190 cm), dining area, kitchen (oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, Senseo, raclette grill, dishes). - ski locker in the basement - Free parking at the foot of the residence. Sleeping arrangements: Maximum 4 or 5 people (pay attention to the dimensions of the bunk beds 80 x 130 cm). In order not to add extra costs to the rental: - bed sheets, towels, shower mats and dish towels are not provided - self check-in and self check-out - The apartment must be given back in clean state.
