Rendezvous on the River is a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin that sleeps up to two (2) people and offers the following:         ADULTS ONLY NON PET FRIENDLY King Master on UPPER level private bath with walk-in shower Living room has a gas burning stove (only active Oct 1st- Apr 1st), 37" flat screen TV (Direct TV) Covered porch and connecting deck with stunning river views Private setting only 20 feet away from the Ellijay River  Hot tub  NO FIRE PIT   Canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and tubes are available for rent at this property WIFI All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing: Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you`ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments. A rental car is recommended GUEST MAKING RESERVATION AND ALL GUESTS AT PROPERTY MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER, except for those who are in the presence of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s.)
