Room near airport, Parc Expo and Rennes

Room in a detached house close to the airport (5 min.), the Parc des Expositions (15 min.) and Rennes. Quiet residential area. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared spaces. The garden is accessible. Ideal location for trade shows, competitions or concerts held at the Parc des Expositions. Close to Rennes with frequent C6 bus service. You can stay at my place for 1 week to visit Rennes, Fougères, St. Malo, Dinard, Cancale and Le Mont St. Michel. Small shops nearby. The space Small bedroom in a detached house overlooking the garden, with 1 140 cm bed, an armchair and a small round table. The bedroom is at the top of the last staircase on the left. The bathroom and toilet are on the intermediate floor on the left. Shared bathroom and kitchen. You have access to the kitchen for meal times and can use the microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sugar are available. Please remove the sheets upon checkout and leave them on the bed. The garden is accessible. Guest access You can arrive by bus C6, Aire Libre stop (2 minutes from my home), by train St Jacques stop 10 minutes from my home. This is a detached house. In case of my absence, the location of the lockbox will be indicated to you on the day of your arrival as well as the code. After any use, scramble the code. Shoes stay in the entrance. Thank you. The key will be returned on the day of departure. During your stay A phone call the day before check-in is recommended. Feel free to call me with any request or for any information. Other things to note When you leave, the duvet cover, sheet and pillowcase will be placed on the bed, the window closed and the key returned to its box. Thank you.
