A luxury room, parking and air conditioning, storage, toilet, bathroom, towels. Everything is private and you are the only one with access to the accommodation. Great comfort: 1 large bed, TV, WIFI, closet, Nespresso, kettle, 1 comfortable desk where you can telework. The space The accommodation is independent and all its areas are private (entrance, bedroom, toilet, bathroom, office, closet). They do not communicate with the guest house (no breakfast, no room service, no reheating of cooked dishes). New construction with private parking and air conditioning. The bedroom has a large bed as well as all the amenities for a comfortable stay (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle). Bathroom linens are provided. Residential area, green, close to the center on foot, very well connected by public transport (bus in front of the house). We only accommodate one guest in this room, but you have the option to rent a 2nd room on the same floor that can accommodate 2 additional people (see photo). Each room has its own bathroom (toilet, bathroom). The 2nd bedroom is offered for rent on Airbnb (see my listings). Guest access We give access to our private parking in front of the house. The bus is in front of the house, the tram is 900 meters away, the Corum is a 15-minute walk away. Other things to note The accommodation has been designed as a hotel room, totally independent of the guest house, without a kitchen or dining area. All rented areas are exclusively reserved for you: bedroom, bathroom, entrance. They do not communicate with the guest house (no breakfast, no room service) and no other guests will have access. We provide the linens, and towels. On Sundays, enjoy late check-out until 9 p.m. for only 20 euros. This allows you to enjoy the accommodation on the last day, before hitting the road again.
