Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house (excluding balconies) Tennis court and pool are both for the guest to enjoy but must sign a liability waiver before enjoying these amenities. Just like all hotels, this property has exterior cameras. Tampering, covering, or removing the camera can lead to immediate removal from the property with no refund. Other things to note The entire backyard is surrounded by water + a pool. This is not suitable for children that cannot swim. Large driveway that can fit up to 5 cars! Ask about our heated pool (additional fee for heat) Tennis court - Outdoor tennis Lights are disconnected to avoid any noise complaints with our neighbors) These courts are very old and have cracks in it. This is best for casual play and not competitive tennis. ALL guest- must sign a waiver to use the courts. **Pool Information** Our pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoor setting. Since it is located outside, it’s normal for some natural debris like leaves or small foliage to occasionally make its way into the water, especially depending on weather conditions. Please note that small amounts of leaves or debris do not make the pool dirty or unusable — the pool is properly maintained and sanitized with chlorine to ensure it remains clean and safe for swimming. The pool is professionally serviced at least once per week, and while our team does their best to maintain a consistent schedule, service days may vary slightly due to weather or availability. For your convenience, a pool skimmer is provided, and guests may wish to use it between cleanings to keep the pool looking its best during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the pool as part of your stay! (there will be no refunds due to debris entering the pool) Pool rules: Adult supervision for children at all times No diving No running No jumping in the pool - please use steps. Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store. Essential supplies are provided for the first few days, guests are responsible for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc after what we provide is used Pool Heater Disclaimer: We strive to ensure that all amenities, including the pool heater, are in proper working order for your stay. However, as with any technology, unexpected malfunctions can occur. If the pool heater fails or does not function properly during your stay, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
