Come and relax in our beautiful villa with its heated indoor pool, by the sea, located on the Hillion Peninsula, in the heart of a nature reserve, 700 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the customs trails (GR34). The space You will appreciate the calm and great comfort of our Villa as well as the indoor swimming pool heated to 29° all year round, without chlorine (salt treatment) which will be exclusively reserved for you. The beach and hiking trails are within walking distance, 5 minutes away! Our accommodation of 195 m² (including 60 m² of swimming pool), completely new, is intended for 8/10 people. It is equipped: - Ground floor: Large living room with open kitchen on large island and living room (sofa and connected TV 140 cm) with pool view. 1 large comfortable bedroom with dressing room and new 160 x 200 bedding. Bathroom with toilet + separate toilet. + Beautiful private heated indoor pool with changing room. (6.75 m x 3.25 m). - Floor (with sea view): 2 comfortable bedrooms with dressing room and new bedding 160 x 200 + 1 comfortable bedroom with new bedding 2 x 90 x 200 + bunk beds 2 x 90 x 200. Bathroom. Toilet. - WiFi with fiber (remote work possible). Linens and towels included. Baby equipment available on request. - Exterior: 400 sqm exclusively for vacationers, private terraces of 65 sqm with dining area, garden furniture and sun loungers. - Private parking - Possible services (with surcharge): * Hot shell massage (by a professional). * end of stay cleaning: €150. We also rent a beautiful cottage for 6 people with spa next to the Villa. Possibility of combining the 2 rentals. Please let us know if you have any further questions. You can make the most of your day, to really have 2 days on site!😉 Other things to note The Villa sits at the back of a courtyard, which promotes calm and your well-being. However, we ask that you be respectful of the neighborhood, especially after 10pm. For any reservation from 5/29/2024, cleaning is no LONGER INCLUDED in the rate of your stay; we leave it to you to take care of it and return the house to us as you found it on arrival. If you wish, we can take care of it for an additional rate of €150. Any breach of this rule will result in an additional charge of €150.
