Welcome to 120 ciappe d'ardesia, a delightful apartment in the heart of Genoa's historic center, located on the corner of Via San Lorenzo, the city's main pedestrian street, a short walk from the Cathedral and the main tourist and cultural attractions: Aquarium, Expo, Palazzi dei Rolli. The apartment, located on the sixth floor of a historic building WITHOUT an elevator, is bright and quiet: perfect for families, friends, business travelers. The space The apartment, completely renovated in 2018, opens onto the living area, which houses a kitchen equipped with a dining table, oven, induction plates, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine. Separated by a low wall, a small relaxation area opens up with a sofa and a smart TV (with access to Netflix). The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed complete with a walk-in closet and a smaller one with a loft bed with a three-quarter bed and a tatami bed with a three-quarter bed. The layout is completed by a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom equipped with a bidet and shower stall. The original floors of the period building have been deliberately maintained with all the imperfections related to the historical period to which they date back: the ancient and characteristic red cement tiles that embellish the rooms with a touch of color. Positioned: 50 meters from the Aquarium, 30 meters from the Duomo, 10 meters from the San Giorgio metro station. Reachable by metro in a few minutes from the train stations of Genoa Principe and Genoa Brignole (metro stop inside the train station). Everything's at your fingertips.
