The spacious property, the spacious living space of the house and the location right behind the dike make this beach house a special resort town in all seasons. The Baltic Sea holiday home Charlie is ideal for two to six people. Two car parking spaces are available directly in front of the cottage upon arrival. Bikes can be parked on the less visible terraces facing the garden. In summer, the covered outdoor terrace offers space to eat for six people. On the open garden terrace you can enjoy the sun all day, an awning provides shade when needed. The third outdoor option is the wooden terrace in the upper floor. Here, for example, with a unique sea view, you can enjoy the sundowner drink at sunset. Also inside the house there are numerous retreats for reading, watching TV, eating, playing games or working. From the bright dining area on the ground floor, you can look over the entire property and have direct access to the outdoor terrace. The attached living room has a cozy sitting area with fireplace and HD flat screen TV. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob with extractor hood, a dishwasher, a dishwasher, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a convection oven, as well as a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, capsule machine or egg cooker and much more.
