Family-friendly detached house for rent! Close to exit to E18 and bus connection outside the door. Very sunny patio, easy beach nearby - as well as cafe, pharmacy, gas station and grocery store. 15 min by car to Porsgrunn city center. NOTE: no possibility for charging electric car. Rental period in Oct/Nov is preferably with rental 1 week + due to lack of possibility for cleaning between visitors. But feel free to contact us if you want to book fewer days to see what we can do! The space Access to the entire detached house alone. 1st floor: hallway, bedroom with private bathroom, laundry room with freezer and TV living room. 2nd floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, children's room + access to sunny balcony from the living room. Outdoor furniture on the balcony will be packed away during the period from Oct. Laundry room with access to washing machine and freezer. Laundry can be hung outside and inside. NB: we have two chinchillas, they have their own built-in cage in the laundry room. They have plenty of space and get enough food and water. You can choose whether you want to say hello or leave them completely alone! Good access to baby equipment if needed; bedside crib, changing table, cradle, playpen, trip step chair with new born seat, stroller etc.!! NB!! All baby equipment is packed away if guests do not want to borrow it! Guest access Entire home except access to garage. Private garden with some flat lawn. Other things to note With the desire to make future guests comfortable with access to most of our daily inventory! Other things that are not mentioned above but are available: Canoe, frisbee golf discs (course just outside the house!), snorkeling equipment, kubb, tent with lots of equipment (we can also recommend hidden pearls for hiking enthusiasts), various board games, darts in the basement. 2nd floor has a heat pump that works as an air conditioner in the summer.
