Casa Guarumos is located in the quiet community of Playa Hermosa, just a 10-minute drive from the beach and Uvita. To fully enjoy the area, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle. At Casa Guarumos you can relax surrounded by a beautiful garden with various ornamental plants and fruit trees. From the house you will enjoy a beautiful mountain view and the birds singing. Playa Hermosa is a charming gray sand beach, ideal for walking and enjoying nature. The space Casa Guarumos has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, private bathroom with hot water shower and a tub, walking closet with dehumidifier. The second bedroom has a double bed and an individual inflatable mattress with its respective bedding; closet and access to the bathroom that is shared with the living room. In this room you will also find a desk and a work chair. The living room has three very comfortable armchairs, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic appliances such as: rice cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, microwave, electric coffee maker, refrigerator, electric stove, gas stove with oven and all kitchen utensils. On the beautiful terraces you will find comfortable chairs and armchairs, as well as a beautiful wooden dining table for 8 people. You can also find a gas grill with the utensils to make your barbecue. The laundry room has an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and sink. The property is planted with fruit trees such as: mamon, avocado, Hawaiian guava, blackberry, aviut, orange, tangerines, soursop, manga, star fruit, coconut, bananas, pineapples and citron. Feel free to grab any seasonal fruit on your visit. There is a path to walk through the fruit trees. You can enjoy the birds singing during the day, but especially early in the morning or in the afternoon. It's lovely! Guest access They can access the entire area of the property. There is a double indoor parking on the upper side of the house, clients can use a parking lot and go down the side towards the house. If you love birdsong and the sounds of nature, you have to wake up first thing in the morning (5:30am) and go out to the patio to appreciate this beauty. In the Playa Hermosa community you can find two very delicious restaurants. One is called Gusto Italiano with a beautiful ocean view. It is at approximately 20 minutes walking. The other restaurant is called Rancho Cielo Alto, it is a Costa Rican restaurant, with a beautiful ocean view. You can also walk to it. It will take approximately 15 minutes from the house. This restaurant only works with reservations. Also in the town is Mrs. Aida who uses natural medicine and gives consultations by appointment. I can gladly provide her contact information. Also, there is the chocolate tour just a 15-minute walk away. You can ask me for the contact if you are interested. If you want to take surf lessons, my brother Luis is an excellent surf teacher. Just ask me for his contact. If you like to walk and explore you can visit the Beach on foot. It lasts approximately 40 minutes. On the way you will pass through two small ravines where depending on the season there may be a small pool for you to enjoy a dip.
