On the ground floor, you find a large entrance / lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with bar, a terrace, 1 guest bathroom, 2 double rooms, one has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other room has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub. On the second floor, there are one ample master bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and one double bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and a small private terrace. Then there are: a guest bathroom and a large living / dining room with direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a fixed "Bose" sound system and another portable "Bowers & Wilkins" blue-tooth connection, television, fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, laundry room. Furthermore, there is a large terrace with outdoor lounge, summer dining room equipped with a gas barbecue and sink. On the third floor, there is only one master bedroom with queen size bed, safe, TV, en-suite bathroom (with tub and shower) and a private own large terrace, with outdoor lounge and an amazing sea view. This layout ensures guests with plenty of privacy. The pool area has a terrace, the pool (9 x 5 m), bar, hammocks and a large umbrella. This area has also an ample space whit natural shadow. Finally, the villa has a private garage whit space for 4 cars.
