In case of leaving the apartment in a extreme filthy state of cleanliness the guest will be charged a fee of 100€ + taxes to cover an extra deep cleaning. If the smart lock doesn't work, the guests will be provided of a key of the apartment. In case the guest loses the key, he/she will be charged a fee of 90€. In case a guest loses the building's key or the elevator's key, he/she will be charged a fee of 10€ for each one.
