The space “Talavera” is located on the first level of a beautiful and original 4-story building of recent construction. The single-room studio is modern and functional, with high-quality finishes, new and tasteful furnishings. All areas are naturally ventilated and lit. The main window overlooks an interior patio. It does not have a balcony facing the street. It has all the amenities for short and long stays. It can accommodate up to 2 people in a queen size bed. Guest access The pool and laundry area on the ground floor and the terrace on the 4th level are shared with other guests. The solar-heated indoor pool has a full bathroom and a lounge area. The terrace has an outdoor dining area, barbecue area, lounge area, and a half bathroom. From there you have spectacular sunsets, views of the old convent of San Agustín, the Cathedral and different domes of the urban profile. Both the terrace and pool have restricted hours for the comfort of all guests, please respect them (9am to 9:30pm). Other things to note - For stays of two weeks or more, we offer cleaning of the studio at no additional cost, as well as change and washing of sheets and towels. - Ideal for "Livit Immersion Center" students, a 15-minute walk from our building. - Self check-in option - We recommend the rational use of water and electricity (there is no gas installation in the building). Our excellent location allows you to discover other places of interest in Puebla. Among them, the magical villages of San Andrés and San Pedro Cholula are a 20-minute drive away. Atlixco, famous for its pleasant climate, nurseries and gastronomic area. Africam Safari, a Mexican wildlife conservation park located 16.5 km from Puebla city, where animals live in controlled freedom.
