Large open light and bright space with high ceilings. Comfortable leather lounge chairs and a massive smart TV to enjoy a movie. The living area opens up to a dining area. The balcony is large and is perfect to sit back, relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets on offer. The "Freo Doctor" afternoon sea Breeze comes in to cool everything off. The Villa has 3 bedrooms. Two queen sized beds and a double bed. The bedrooms have Ceiling fans. The bathroom is an older style bathroom but has a bathtub to soak in. There is a separate toilet. As you walk through the kitchen you have a balcony at the rear of the property. A great sheltered area if you want to get out of the strong breezes. This leads down a spiral staircase to the rear courtyard garden. The courtyard out the front of the property is lush and tropical. Parking for two vehicles is out the back of the villas behind a secure parking gate. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment.
