Welcome to the newest Mid Century Modern retreat on the sought after North Shore of Lake Travis. Our newly renovated 4 bed, 3 bath home is a dream vacation spot for a relaxing waterfront getaway that’s still close to town. We have over 2000sqft of pristine outdoor living, a pickleball court 4+ acres on one of the flattest lakefront lots in Austin, Texas. Detailed Overview: Downstairs is a beautifully designed open concept home with outdoor patio seating for 12 and fantastic views of Lake Travis. It has 1 bedroom (1 Queen) and one full bathroom downstairs. There is a brand new kitchen and large family living space with an eat in island. The primary living space includes 2 large sectional couches a television and 1 large patio deck with lake view seating. A pantry is also available for all your groceries and weekend items. Continuing with the fantastic flow of the house is the extra large downstairs game room which can be found through the kitchen. Here you will find a 65 inch television, large modular sectional, ping pong table, retro cocktail table video game with Mrs. Pac Man and 10 other classics, a dart board, board games, additional seating and great natural light provided by the sliding glass door. A laundry room with brand new front loading washer and dryer is also downstairs. (Did we mention that everything in this house is brand new?!!!?) Upstairs you will find 3 very large bedrooms and 2 full sized bathrooms (one of which has a bathtub). The upstairs has some of the original wood paneling which has been preserved to maintain the original character of the house, but painted to keep with the mid century modern appeal. The master bedroom is huge, has lake views, a large closet, television, King sized bed and leads to brand new en-suite bath with a double sink and stylish fixtures. The second bedroom has lots of natural light as well, a Cal king bed, large closet and television. The bunk room has 2 queen beds, 2 full sized beds a television, dresser and great light as well. All bedrooms in this house also have blackout shades so you can sleep in at this peaceful lakefront retreat after enjoying the fire pit with friends late into the night. The second bath upstairs also has a double sink and shower/bathtub As nice as the inside of this house is, you will be hard pressed to leave the outside living areas. Enjoy the fire pit, hot tub, shade of the 200 year old oak trees or walk down to the dock to enjoy the water. (Yes, we have water) We have installed a brand new pickleball court just steps from the water which you can use to play, host an event or just relax by the water. The house includes 2 kayaks and a stand up paddle board for your use during your stay. We also have lake toys, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear, and life vests. Additionally, we have lawn games and other things to enjoy during your stay. *For weekend stays, must book Friday and Saturday night. May not book Saturday night +, or reservations ending on Saturday. *If you would like to host a wedding or large gathering please contact the host directly. ***WATER LEVEL INFORMATION*** Lake Travis is currently low, but yes - we have water on our property and the water is 20 feet deep in the channel in front of us. Please message us with additional questions. The Lake level remains the same as it has in the photos that are posted. Important to note: We do have a firm no pet policy and the fine for pets is $500 plus all cleaning and remediation expenses occurred as a result. Unfortunately, pets require extra cleaning and damages can be incurred. We also have many guests and it is important for us to ensure that the property is free of fleas, ticks etc that pets may carry. Thanks for understanding.
