Other things to note Please note: we are having remodeling done on one of the apartments in the building Monday - Friday, ~9am to 4pm, through the end of December '24. Our contractors will do their best to keep noise to a minimum, but inevitably there will be noise. Many of our guests are exploring Pittsburgh during the daytime hours - if you have calls / work from home, please let us know, and we will attempt to work around it, but it may not be the best fit for you during this time. Though our property has a full balcony, it requires replacement; we are going through Zoning now, and until we have approval it will not be accessible.
