The space Refurbished apartment, ideally located in a quiet and closed residence, which is a 5-minute walk from the sea. You will also find a pharmacy, tobacco shop, bakery, hairdresser, and a Casino supermarket within a 500 m radius. A wide choice of restaurants and bars can also be found nearby! This property has: -an equipped kitchen with Senseo coffee maker, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. - one bedroom with a 160*200 bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and a 2-seater sofa bed. - a bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. - a wardrobe in the hallway, in addition to the dressers and the wardrobe in the bedrooms. - an open living/dining room. - a large sunny balcony with sea views, as well as a small balcony. An umbrella bed + mattress is available, as well as a high chair and baby bath. You will also find an ironing board and iron, a drying rack with clothespins and a hairdryer. Bed linen and bath towels are provided (2 per person, one large and one small). The apartment is non-smoking inside, but you can smoke on the balcony. The wifi is under maintenance, we are doing our best to get it back up and running as soon as possible! In high season (July/August) arrivals and departures are only on Saturdays or Sundays.
