Elegance privacy & serenity, 10 min walk to beach

Brand new modern, luxurious and spacious single level custom home. Very private and secluded with a big backyard and a salt water/ionization system pool. Pool will be heated upon a request (at least 3 days before check in) at $ 50/night to 85 F. Appropriate fee need to be prepaid. Quiet street in a friendly Dune Allen neighborhood. Parking outside for 2-3 cars. No parking in a garage. 10 minute walk to public beach access with showers, restrooms and parking. 4 bikes available. The space Spacious living areas with lots of windows and beautiful views of the forest preserve and a lake. Big backyard with plenty of room for kids to play or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Our 2 bedrooms have king size beds, 1 guest bedroom has a queen bed. There are 3 bunk beds for kids. Guest access There are few beach accesses within a walking distance from the house. Some have bathroom and parking facilities. One of them is quieter and less crowded with no facilities and no parking. There are 2 parking spots in front of the garage and one designated parking spot on a gravel by the street. There is no parking in the garage. The guests will have access to the storage area in the garage where the beach toys and and the beach cart are. Other things to note We do not allow parties or events. 25 years minimum age. Only registered guests are allowed at the property. We ask the guests to respect the neighbors and keeping the noise down especially after 10 pm. Please report any damages or items needing a repair immediately.
