"The Dorset” is conveniently located for short visits in a charming and quiet neighborhood. Very close to all that Hattiesburg has to offer including a very short walk to the new water park, local restaurants, cafes, bars & breweries plus just minutes to Downtown, University of Southern Miss, and William Carey University. The space This home has 3 queen bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the comforts of home with the basics for cooking, baking and a daily caffeine fix from the coffee bar. Free WiFi, smart TVs, off-street covered & uncovered parking, and onsite washer & dryer. There is a small barstool table with seating for 4-6 in the kitchen-dining area. Whatever your reason for visiting the “burg”, we are here to make your trip as stress free and comfortable as possible. House rules >Check-in: After 3:00 PM >Checkout: By 10:00 AM >Self check-in/out with lock box >No smoking >No pets >Zero tolerance policy for parties and events >No unregistered guests without prior approval >Quiet hours 10PM - 6AM (be respectful of neighbors & per City of Hattiesburg) >$250 fine for smoking and/or pets inside the property >You will be charged to replace any missing/damaged items >No cleaning products with a fragrance >A ring camera is installed on the front door and the kitchen door next to the covered carport. Guest access Entire house & yard. We do not have a back patio or backyard furniture. Other things to note **Please select the accurate number of overnight guests as this is how we determine the amount of towels and supplies provided for each stay as well as how we schedule our cleaners time. Overnight guests are considered to be anyone in the Airbnb after midnight. The additional person fee is to cover the additional cleaning required for more than 2 guests. If you have questions about extra guests please contact us prior to booking. The home has 3 beds and not comfortable for more than 6 guests. No sleeping on the couch.
