Enjoy your stay in our modern and spacious apartment for up to 6 people in a quiet location and yet close to the city! Whether business trip, trade fair visit or family stay - our apartment offers the right comfort for everyone. - No cold feet: underfloor heating in the complete apartment - A free parking space directly in front of the house - Smart TV - Private entrance - Balcony with a view of the garden - Cooking like at home: modern kitchen with everything you need The space The bedrooms all have solid wood beds, freshly made blankets and pillows, closets, nightstands, various lights. Here you will find your towels, as well as a little greeting from us ; ) The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and Netflix access, and has a side table. The dining area is equipped with a large dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen contains everything you need to enjoy cooking! Electric appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle and coffee maker make the job easier, coffee powder, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices and sauces complete the joy, in addition to a knife block with sharp knives. The spacious balcony is equipped with a string of lights for ambient lighting and the loungers invite you to relax. You can comfortably place your drink on the small table next to you. The accommodation is not intended for parties, and we kindly request that quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM be respected. Guest access You have access to the whole accommodation for yourselves! You also have access to the shared garden. Please be respectful as the garden is also used by other tenants living in the same house. Please do not listen to loud music, be quiet at night and do not make fire.
