Your room is the largest in the house and includes a private bathroom. The space You'll enjoy the upper level owners suite that overlooks the backyard and a wild prairie. Private attached full bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk in shower. The room comes equipped with 2 walk in closets, a king memory foam bed with an adjustable frame, a large smart T.V., dressers, all bedding, pillows, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. and electronic keypad to secure the room while you're away. You'll also have one stall in the shared garage to park your vehicle. Ideal house guest is female with a clean background. Because we are sharing a home we want to make sure it's a good fit all around. You'll be splitting the home with 3-4 other guests. We have a long term roommate that rents the entire basement and 3 of the 4 rooms upstairs are available for short term lease. Happy to provide references for roommates & past guests that have stayed in our home. Everyone is expected to be caring and respectful of each other's space. Our home is peaceful, most nights the T.V and music is off by 9/10pm, we keep a clean home and everyone chips in. Because this is a shared home we expect all guests to maintain a cleaned shared space and pick up after themselves. We provide the basic essentials for short stays - long stays (more then 2 weeks must replace/provide their own after ours runs out) About me: Clean background, I spent 13 years in the Army National Guard as a medic and work full time as a real estate broker and landlord. I have 2 girls, 12 years old and 5 years old. Guest access You'll have access to the shared main level which includes a full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, office and patio. Shared entry to the home. Your room comes with a single stall in a shared garage with garage door opener. During your stay I'll be available via my personal cell if ever needed during your stay. Other things to note >> The backyard hosts a large patio, gas grill, fire pit and backs up to a wild prairie. Start your mornings along the foot trail for a 2-mile stretch or bike to our historic downtown and enjoy the local coffee shop! Many amenities close by, and HWY 212 is just minutes away.
