Do not drink the water - The hot water heater in this space is small, therefore guests can expect hot water while showering for about 7-10 minutes before the tank runs dry. I occupy the top two floors of the home by myself, and a traveling nurse sometimes occupies the apartment in the bottom floor. There are at most two other people living on the property at any given time. The garage and the loft which is above it are detached from the house.
