Petrolina Seasonal House

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. 12 minutes from the Ana das Carrancas Events Patio (to enjoy the best São João do Sertão Pernambucano), close to pharmacies, supermarkets, bus stop, bakeries. Safe and comfortable place for guests. The space House with 2 bedrooms, 1 double with TV and the other with 1 single box bed with extra bed, 1 bathroom, living room with SmartTV, equipped kitchen, large outdoor area with barbecue, hammock hangers, shower, Wi-Fi. Space for 2 passenger cars. I provide 2 extra single mattresses. All rooms have air conditioning, one of which serves to cool the entire house. Guest access The house has a living room with a SmartTV, a terrace with several hammock hangers, a fully equipped kitchen with household utensils such as glasses, pots, dishes, cutlery, and other items, a refrigerator with freezer, stove, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, juicer, cabinets, and a laundry area. The rooms have bed linens. The bathroom has face towels, soap, toothpaste, and liquid hand soap. We also have a cooler. Other things to note The energy will be charged separately for consumption during the period of the stay, which I will check on the meter with the guest at check-in and check-out. The house does not have a wardrobe, since it is a residence and the ones in the house are closed. The house does not have a SOUND SYSTEM. When checking out, wash the dishes, collect the garbage in the bags provided and place it in the designated area and leave the house minimally in order, placing the chairs and tables available for the gourmet area in the place designated at check-in. Guests will only be allowed with the host's permission. The house has a security camera in the outdoor area and living room and kitchen, where I provide access to the entire area for guests to be more comfortable and safe.
