Prices will vary depending on events happening in downtown Nashville. Entire space & shared spaces such as lobby, courtyard, sky lounge, swimming pool & gym are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. We are not responsible for the closure or unavailability of any of these shared amenities, which is completely out of our control. Should this situation occur, we will not be able to refund any of your stay with us. *Shared pool is available seasonal between 7AM-dusk*. Other things to note As with any large metropolitan city, use caution in areas that are unfamiliar or off the beaten path and use your best judgement. You can easily walk to all main attractions including Broadway, Music City Center, Bridgestone, Country Music hall of Fame, and much more. However, when headed away from downtown, such as The Gulch area (south), Lyft or Uber is recommended. If you’re unsure just ask and I'm happy to help! Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please treat linen and items within the apartment with respect, if something is broken, damaged and or stained we will request replacement cost. **Any evidence of smoking or any parties which are against our policy will be fined $500 plus any additional cleaning fees, equipment or items needed to restore to its original condition.
