Spacious and bright, it offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, a suite with balcony and a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountain and the Corsican scrubland. Enjoy the calm, meals on the terrace, and explore the beaches of Balagne just 15 min away. Everything is there for a serene and unforgettable holiday in Corsica. The space The neighborhood, with the village, is picturesque, incredibly charming. And the idea was to design a family home and friends, in which everyone can decompress and ultimately create nice memories and bring them back with you. Beautiful surroundings of the Corsican landscape, warm decor and comfort of the house will make you love your stay on the island... What the villa has: > 1 large equipped kitchen: Dishes, American fridge, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle and 4-slot toaster will help start the day on the right foot:) > 1 bright dining room: The large table 10 people is strategically placed on the mezzanine to enjoy the sea / mountain / pool view while tasting some Corsican specialties. > 4 bedrooms each with a large bed 160*200, dressing and 59"TV. One of them is a master suite with private balcony and shower room. It offers a direct view of the pool and mountain + a side sea view. The other 3 bedrooms, on the lower floor, have direct access to the pool. > 2 bathrooms (including the one adjoining the master suite). Each has a large 1200 x 900mm shower, a sink, a towel dryer with built-in bluetooth speakers and a hair dryer with blow-drying tips and diffuser. > 2 self-catering toilets. > 1 very large size washing machine (18Kg), 1 dryer (18kg), a clothes drying rack as well as a steamer. > 1 large wooden terrace overlooking the church, sea and mountain. It has an 8-seater garden table. All protected from the sun by an easily adjustable shade sail according to the hours of the day. A WEBER GAS BBQ is available as well as 2 powerful walking lamps to fully enjoy the gourmet evenings. This outdoor area is in a great location near the kitchen. > 1 large living room designed to make you spend delicious moments for families or moments with friends. The modular sofas face a 70"large TV and a Bose home cinema on the one hand, and the pool on the other hand. A huge panoramic bay offers in addition to an incredible brightness, an extraordinary view of the mountain. The outdoor pool: Access is from the outside via a stone staircase, the living room or the glass window of 3 of the 4 bedrooms directly. The pool is heated (option on request) and there is lighting at night. It is secure with an electrical protection flap. The slope is gradual. It reaches a maximum of 1.70m. On the 2nd wooden deck, located around the pool, 4 sun loungers and 2 Chilean women participate in lazing and sunbathing. Parking: Up to 2 vehicles can be parked on the property. Spots all over the neighborhood also make it easy to park, for free. Heating: Reversible air conditioning, silent, heats or refreshes in a few minutes one or more targeted rooms, as needed. Mosquito netting: For your comfort, all bedrooms will have screens outside the windows from summer 2024. Linens: Shower linens, linens and kitchen towels, everything is available in the accommodation. Waterproof covers are present on each mattress and duvets are also available. Setting up the bed linens is left to your care. Hygiene and maintenance products: Only homemade cleaning products are available to date (excluding dishwashing / linen tablets). Sleep: Each room has been carefully decorated via soft and warm colors. The beds are all large (2 people - 160 x 200). The bedding is high quality . Finally, the curtains are very darkening and make the whole black well at night. But for late mornings in the dark, it is advisable to bring a night mask in the suitcases. In the immediate vicinity, in the village center (5-8 min walk): > grocery store that offers fresh fruits and vegetables and also provides a bread storage service. (Remember to order your bread the day before for the next day!) > a bar with a panoramic terrace that offers pizzas > a post > a city stadium > a kindergarten Animations: All summer, an association in the village offers different shows on regular dates in the church square (open-air cinema, songs, Corsican tales...) It's without reservation, and in addition to doing a good deed (the money collected is used to restore the monuments), you always have a very good time!
