Spacious and bright, it offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, a suite with balcony and a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountains and the Corsican maquis. Enjoy the tranquility, meals on the terrace, and explore the beaches of Balagne just 15 minutes away. Everything is there for a serene and unforgettable vacation in Corsica. The space The neighborhood, on the edge of the village, is picturesque, incredibly charming. And the idea was to design a family and friends house, where everyone can unwind and ultimately create beautiful memories and take them home with you. Beauties of the Corsican landscape, warm decor and comfort of the house will make you love your stay on the island... What the villa has: > 1 large equipped kitchen: Dishes, American fridge, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and 4-slot toaster will help start your morning right :) > 1 bright dining room: The large 10-person table is strategically placed on the mezzanine to enjoy the sea/mountain/pool view while enjoying some Corsican specialties. > 4 bedrooms each with a large 160*200 bed, a dressing room and a 59" TV. One of them is a master suite with private balcony and shower room. It offers direct views of the pool and mountain + a side sea view. The other 3 bedrooms, on the lower floor, have direct access to the pool. > 2 bathrooms (including the one attached to the master suite). Each has a large 1200 x 900 mm shower, sink, towel dryer with built-in Bluetooth speakers and hair dryer with brush tips and diffuser. > 2 separate toilets. > 1 very large washing machine (18 kg), 1 dryer (18 kg), a clothes drying rack as well as a steam iron. > 1 large wooden terrace overlooking the church, sea and mountain. It has an 8-seat garden table. All protected from the sun by an easily adjustable shade sail according to the time of day. A WEBER GAS barbecue is available as well as 2 powerful portable lamps to fully enjoy gourmet evenings. This outdoor space is conveniently located close to the kitchen. > 1 large living room designed to make you spend delicious moments with family or friends. The modular sofas face a large 70" TV and a Bose home cinema on one side, the pool on the other. A huge panoramic bay offers incredible brightness and an extraordinary mountain view. The outdoor pool: Access is from the outside via a stone staircase, the living room or the bay window of 3 of the 4 bedrooms directly. The pool is heated (option on request) and there is lighting at night. It is secured by an electric protective flap. The slope is gradual. It reaches a maximum of 1.70 m. On the 2nd wooden terrace, located around the pool, 4 sun loungers and 2 deck chairs are available for relaxation and sunbathing. Parking: It's possible to park up to 2 vehicles on the property. Spaces throughout the neighborhood also allow you to park without difficulty, free of charge. Heating: Reversible, silent air conditioning heats or cools one or more targeted rooms in minutes, as needed. Mosquito net protection: For your convenience, all bedrooms will have exterior window screens starting in summer 2024. Linens: Shower linens, linens and kitchen towels, everything is available in the accommodation. Waterproof mattress covers are present on each mattress and duvets are also available. The placement of bed linen is left to you. Hygiene and maintenance products: Only homemade cleaning products are available to date (excluding dishwasher/linen tablets). Sleep: Each room has been carefully decorated with soft and warm colors. The beds are all large (2 people – 160 x 200). The bedding is of high quality. Finally, the curtains are very dark and effectively make it completely dark at night. But for sleeping in in the dark, it's advisable to bring a night mask in your suitcases. It is also worth noting the immediate proximity of the villa to the church (bell). Excellent Wi-Fi connection. NETFLIX available. In the immediate vicinity, in the village center (5-8 min walk): > grocery store that offers, among other things, fresh fruits and vegetables and also provides a bread delivery service. (Remember to order your bread the day before for the next day!) > a bar with panoramic terrace that offers pizzas > a post office > a city stadium > a kindergarten Entertainment: Throughout the summer, a village association offers various shows on a regular basis in the church square (outdoor cinema, songs, Corsican tales...) It's without reservation, and in addition to doing a good deed (the money collected is used to restore the monuments), we always have a great time!
