There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and an open room at the front which includes living, dining and kitchen. You also have access to the private gated car port with washer/dryer and a large front porch at the entryway. Other things to note This home is only 15 minutes from the most beautiful side of El Yunque rain forest. You can swim at the waterfalls and be home for sunset right on the Caribbean. You'll have private gated off street parking for One Car. Expect to drive slowly because All of the Malecon area streets are Narrow with Dips for Drainage and Speed Bumps. If you bring a second car you can park in front of the house leaving space for cars to pass by On the Narrow Street. For those concerned about steps, the house is a one level single family home with one very small step.
