The “Scarpetta Magica” Residence is a historic building restored in full respect of the typology of the original nineteenth-century residence, measuring 300 square meters with a garden, located in the center of the city of Offida, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, on Piazza Vallorani. The other staircase reaches the upper floor where there is a large and comfortable living room with sofa and armchairs, piano and dining area, as well as two large and comfortable double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom equipped with double shower with chromotherapy, one of which has a small terrace with solarium area and historic fountain, where you can relax while contemplating the splendid panorama with the Monti della Laga chain, the Sibillini and the Monte dell'Ascensione to the north, the Tower of the Town Hall, the imposing dome of the Collegiate Church, the bell towers of the Suffragio and Addolorata churches and the fourteenth-century abbey church of Santa Maria della Rocca which sits on top of a cliff overlooking two splendid valleys. Finally, there is also a bedroom with two beds each of a queen size, finely furnished and communicating with the living room and the terrace. The property includes a covered garage for one parking space and also the free use of a beach umbrella with three sun loungers and a chair is granted at the Chalet Seven Beach Club located in Grottammare for reservations received starting from the first of July.
