The Moroccan Room - Noyac Zen House

The Moroccan Room has 1 full sized bed. Bathroom is shared. The rate is $650 per night The space Ten minutes from Southampton Main Street - in private Noyac community . The home has a heated swimming pool with outdoor Jacuzzi and Balinese day bed. It is next door to horse paddocks and beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a wonderful living/dining room with gourmet kitchen, cable TV and wifi. Just a few hundred yards from private bay beach. 'Hotel Raphael' is also open to weekend and even nightly bookings. 2 zone AC. Outdoor cooking station, outdoor lighting, California closets, entry w/skylights, well water, 18x32 heated pool, hot tub, extensive decking. All wood floors, slate walkways, custom gourmet kitchen, eat-in counter. New. This is a wonderful and special property. Beautifully landscaped with flowering specimen trees and tastefully decorated in a sophisticated Zen feeling. We have numerous surveillance cameras mounted in our home. We want you to enjoy the house responsibly it's simply have these cameras mounted for everyone's safety. There are never any cameras in any of the bedrooms, bathrooms or pool areas and only mounted in common spaces Guest access Guests are welcome to use all common spaces of the home including the living room with the large TV, of course the kitchen, the outdoor deck and pool area and the pool of course and Jacuzzi During your stay I only socialize with guests if they make me feel welcome to do so. I am a private person and also respect everyone’s privacy so if people don’t engage me in dialogue I tend to stay to myself. I also work 12 hour days and come home exhausted so usually just retire to my room. I might chat if people are talkative and invite me to chat. Other things to note Our house is wonderfully equidistantly located from Southampton Village, Watermill Village, Bridgehampton Village, and sag Harbor Village. We are approximately 7.5 miles to each of those above villages. We have our community beach just half a mile away but I don’t recommend walking on the busy Noyac Road. If you’re already driving your car, there are nicer beaches in close proximity such as Towd Point Beach and Long Beach in Sag Harbor although stickers are required for those beaches. There are numerous restaurants in close proximity to our home and within a radius of 3 miles there are at least six really delicious places to eat including Boa Thai cuisine, the Coast Grill, Pellegrino‘s Italian restaurant, Bell and Anchor, Cappelletti’s, and MJ Rawlings. We request politely that guests never unplug any electronics at any time. There are plenty of power strips in every room of the house so please don’t unplug Wi-Fi routers, boosters, any of the TV or Alexa fire cubes or even any lamps. We are constantly trying to reboot the systems and revive Wi-Fi connectivity because guests simply don’t pay attention to this basic rule. There is no smoking in the house whatsoever. No Smoking outdoors on the deck either for fear that cigarettes will roll between the planks and ignite the dry Pine-needles that are below the deck. If a cigarette does roll between the planks, Please immediately Douse multiple times with pool water with the buckets provided near the pool. If you must smoke please go to the front driveway area. There are no pets Allowed in the home but you can make a specific request about a specific pet and we will consider it. Women please no feminine products in the sensitive septic system. There are bags provided to put those products in them and bags can be left in the trash bins next to each toilet. Men, no condoms are to be thrown in the toilets either. If you damage the extraction pump you will forfeit your security deposit. No more than one hair dryer running at any one time in any one bathroom or you will blow the circuit and it’s quite complicated to reset them. We are sorry for so many rules but thank you for understanding. These rules are in place to make everyone stay more comfortable and more enjoyable.
