Take a break & unwind from exploring in our cosy guest room with ensuite shower room. You will have access to our sun trapped yard on those gorgeous sunny days. The room is attached to our main family mid terraced home, there is no access through our home, it is a private entrance from the back lane. We have a privacy screen to ensure you have a nice outdoor sitting space in our shared yard. We are ideally located for a short stay in west Cornwall. Parking for one small car available & wifi The space The room has been newly refurbished and includes your own shower room. You will have access to tea and coffee in the room. Access to the room is from the yard only off the back lane. The yard is split into our space and yours via a privacy screen. The access to the room is via the back gate only, there is no through access through our front door. Parking is available adjacent to the gate for one small car, or street parking is available close by. Guest access You have your own access from the yard and back gate only. There is no access through our front door. We will screen off the yard to make it your own private space during your stay. Parking is available for a small car directly opposite to the gate or more street parking is available close by. Other things to note Hot water: The shower runs off our single domestic tank and the hot water is limited. At times, if a lot of hot water is used all at once it may take 30-60 minutes to reheat. Please help us conserve water. Other: We can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests per stay.
