Beach-side Condo w/ Ocean-view!

Welcome to the beach! This lovely room is a south facing studio with a king side bed. Located in the lovely Ocean-side inn. This building is all glass so the room has large windows. Featuring a small kitchenette and mini fridge. Great for a beach get away. Come enjoy some beach time in this lovely space by the ocean. There is a ten dollar a night parking fee that will be charged to you at check in when you get your parking pass. pool is open and we have a cute tiki bar. The space this building is under renovation and some of the halls and areas are not as finished as others.. please be advised that there is some work that has not completed yet. Other things to note 7 day bookings are required for event weeks.. please message me with questions. For security purposes, a valid government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport,ect) is required for the primary booking guest and all adult guest staying at the property. A copy must be securely submitted via Airbnb messaging within 24 hours of completing your booking (or immediately for same-day check-in) Health & Building Restriction Notice: This building has strict no-animal policies (including service animals) due to management rules and allergy concerns.
