Perfect little paradise

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Everything you need when you are away from home. A short Bike ride/walk or drive to downtown Geneva and all it has to offer. Please note that, although we have a fenced in private yard, that it is only accessible from the outside. Relax in the spacious primary bedroom featuring a queen-size bed with premium linens, soft pillows, and a cozy throw, designed for a restful night’s sleep. The space 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen home with laundry in closet is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Six foot privacy fenced side yard has bistro table set and chairs/couch to hang out. Please note that the yard is not accessible from inside the house (you need to go out front door to gated yard ). Guest access Entire house but no access to garage. Parking is in driveway. Other things to note If you need anything while you’re staying please reach out to me. Please pick up after your dog with provided bags, scooper and bucket. The code to front door will be sent to you automatically. To use your code press Yale button then code then check button . To lock press and hold Yale button until you hear it lock. Also, the garage is not available so park in the driveway. No hot items directly on stone counters please (there’s a blue hot plate you can use to place anything hot if needed). The garbage and recycling bins are located in the drawer to left of sink. Checkin is at 3pm and checkout is at 11am. The beds are full size in each room. Dvd player: Take tv remote (large one) change input to av2. DVD player will work if you turn it on and have dvd in it. The gates to the fenced area are unlocked. You need to press the button with the keyhole while opening the door. Fenced area only accessible from exterior of house (front or side back area).
