The BEL'M3 is ideally located at the top of the Brabant pass (alt 900 m), recently renovated: come and enjoy the calm and nature in any season with a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountain, hiking trails that start at the foot of the cottage, Lac des Corbeaux 4 km away, the ski slopes of Bresse Hohneck 20 min away... and many other activities nearby (snowshoeing, mountain biking, road biking, paragliding, swimming in the lake...)! It has all the comforts you need and fiber optics. The space The BEL'M3 offers exceptional views of the two valleys on either side of the Brabant Pass. Its southwest exposure allows it to be sunny throughout the day, a large terrace is available, as well as access to the garden. You will have at your exclusive disposal: - 3 spacious bedrooms (each with a double bed: 2 beds 160*200 and 1 bed 140*190), each with its own shower area and private sink. One bedroom has a private terrace. - 1 fully equipped kitchen bordered by a bar: all the basic necessities for cooking, raclette and fondue machines, kettle, coffee machine, food processor, pizza oven... - 1 large friendly living room of 85 m² where you can all gather to eat together, chat around the stove, watch your favorite series, or play board games/foosball/darts available... - a very large terrace of more than 100 m², about half of which is covered for your outdoor meals (barbecue available) or to admire the view of the valley Remote work is possible, the gîte being served by fiber optics. For our cyclist and mountain biker friends, a washing area for your bikes is available. For "sports" leisure: hiking, skiing, mountain biking, paragliding in the immediate vicinity, Lac des Corbeaux accessible via a beautiful path and viewpoint (4 km: 45 min). Guest access You arrive at the top of the Brabant pass, the landmark is the chapel, and the gîte is located in the house 100 m away, the highest one! A "Gîte BEL'M" sign is present on the facade. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are included in the price: it includes pillowcases, a fitted sheet, duvet cover and a bath towel per person. For families with children we offer a free highchair kit, a booster seat, a toilet reducer. A travel cot with mattress is also available, remember to notify us before your arrival so that we can make them available to you. An earlier check-in (12 p.m.) or a later check-out (3 p.m.) is possible only if the accommodation is not rented before or after you, and it takes €50 for the earlier check-in and also €50 for the late check-out. We can also offer you the rental of snowshoes - TSL brand - with poles (€10 the first day and €5/d the following), Sledges - TSL brand - Electric mountain bikes (there are 8 different sizes) - NAKAMURA brand (€20 the first day, €15 the following and decreasing) please specify if you want to rent them when booking! Finally, if you wish, a BBQ kit can be offered (a bag of charcoal, lighter, BBQ lighter) at a cost of €10.
