Rapid Creek Retreat

Two main bedrooms and a bunk room. The bathroom has a beautiful large shower. There is a great patio that overlooks thousands of acres of untouched mountain. It’s all yours. Guest access All yours. Other things to note Sorry, no pets. The driveway can be an adventure for some. It is a mountain road - a real Colorado experience. Any reasonable passenger vehicle will make it up and down just fine when road conditions are normal but very low vehicles should have rock guards. It’s fine, but some folks may want to bring a change of underwear 😅. If that 1950s truck in the photo didn’t have a problem then your vehicle won’t either. It’s not required outside of snow on the road but if you have 4x4 please use it and also go slow to keep the road in decent shape. If there is snow on the road 4x4 and good tires is necessary until the snow is plowed or melts. If snow is in the forecast or covering the road you may want to consider parking below the steeper section. We've made it through a winter without any issues so they are unlikely - but a forewarning anyway just in case - choose your own adventure! If you are traveling with a larger vehicle or a trailer you may be more comfortable parking them at a space at the bottom of the driveway or a large and quiet trailhead just before the property.
