Forest Park is located about 20 minutes from downtown Chicago and about 30 minutes from O’Hara international airport. You are within walking distance of many boutiques, restaurants, parks and also public transportation. Please make a note that there will be a $30 per guest fee if more than four. The space For everyone’s safety this property has eight security cameras. Three by the front doors two on the north side, one in the back yard, one in the rear porch and one in the ground level laundry area. Also keep in mind this is an old building and noise travels well within it. If you are looking for a quiet building this is not the best choice. Other things to note Parking is on the street only. Park as close as possible to the home. Please keep in mind that there is the possibility of noise from the upstairs units. We do not charge any fees, but we use an outside cleaning service and rarely they will charge us extra for cleaning so please clean up after yourselves so we can keep your fees to a minimum.
