Welcome to our special farm house! The home sits on 1.5 acres that is perfectly located on the Orange Park and Fleming Island line. Our location is ideal to everyone! We have plenty of space that makes our farmhouse so AMAZING! You will experience the feel of country living with all the perks of great restaurants, shopping and convenience of being near everything Jacksonville has to offer. Our home is super clean with many amenities to make you feel at home. We love it here and so will you! The space Our home is newly renovated and decorated in style for comfort for your friends and family to enjoy your time away. The home sleeps 6 comfortably. We have 1 King Bed in the master room, 1 Queen bed, and another Queen bed in our liberty room. We also provide a queen air mattress for 2 additional guests. Our home is fully stocked with comfortable blankets, towels, linens, and a washer & dryer for those who plan to stay for longer trips. Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cookware. We have also provided tea and coffee. We own the lot next door so visitors with boats and RVs are welcome to park it on our property. We have access ramps minutes away. Guest access Guests can access through the front door. If you arrive in evening the driveway and front door will be well lit for your arrival. Other things to note The neighborhood is quaint and the neighbors are nice. We adore it so much that we live right around the corner. We will be easily accessible for whatever questions or concerns you may have. Please respect the outside space for quiet time is no later than 10pm. House Rules Pets allowed but only by approval based on type , age , breed and $75 non refundable pet deposit up front PER pet PER each week you stay. Guests are also responsible for dog poop from the backyard and keeping it bagged and thrown away. Please do not let the pets on the furniture . If this seems unreasonable for your pets to stay we have several amazing pet stays nearby we can highly recommend. No smoking inside the home $200 fine applied if applicable. No shrimp boils or seafood cooking inside the home . It takes days for smell to get out. No events or parties Quiet time after 10pm for respect of the neighbors. If early check in or late check out needed that MUST be approved and discussed first . Each hour needed is an additional $50 fee and max is 2 hours which is $100 total if approved. Exceptions are based on cleaning crew eligiblity. We have 15 units and they are on a tight cleaning schedule so changes must be made in advance.
