Bring your family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a two-storey cottage with an independent entrance. It has a large garden on both sides and is very comfortable and safe. It is an excellent choice for a family with young children. The space The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, on the way to the picturesque village of Fourka in a modern detached house with a large private garden. The private, fenced and well-kept garden offers the possibility of carefree holidays and many hours of play and fun for children, before and after the sea. It is quiet but not isolated, as it has direct access to the main road and is just 1.5 km from the beach (Fouka beach), where there are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and beach bars. The accommodation is a few minutes away from one of the best beaches of the first leg, in Poseidi, Chalkidiki. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people: -Interior- On the ground floor there is an open living room overlooking the garden, modern air conditioning, TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, bathroom with shower and washing machine and a bedroom with double bed, TV and wardrobe. With a small deviation downwards (3-4 steps) but in the same space there are two other bedrooms well lit with a window, where one has a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV, while the other one has a double bed and a wardrobe. There is also a small bathroom with a shower. For very young children, a baby bed (playpen) and a stroller are provided upon request. - Outdoor area - Total tree-lined garden and lawn with a total area of 1 acre, barbecue area next to the terrace, table with 4 comfortable chairs and umbrella and private parking. Additional chairs are provided after consultation with the host. For our little friends, there are outdoor games right in front of the terrace, after being requested by the host. If you prefer walking or cycling, there are many routes to the beach or to the picturesque village of Fourka or the surrounding villages that will fascinate you (bicycles are not provided by the host). Other things to note We would like to inform you that the months of June and especially September are not usually the hottest months of the year. And because our accommodation is close to the forest and is always cool, we suggest that you bring a thin sweater with you during these months!
