Looking for a vacation full of comfort, relaxation and tranquility? This is the perfect bungalow for you! This apartment is located in a strategic position on the island: 20 minutes from El Castillo beach, 10 minutes from the airport and close to supermarkets, shopping mall, bars, restaurants and the golf course. Parking is free and you can check in completely independently. The space Upon arrival, you will be enchanted by the terrace overlooking the ocean, where you can recover from your journey while sipping an excellent coffee, and then head to the complex's pool and read your favorite book lulled by the sound of the water. The apartment, with attention to the smallest details, from the choice of color to the originality of the furnishings, is the ideal place to treat yourself to a comfortable vacation in Fuerteventura. In the living area, you will find a very comfortable sofa and a 32-inch HD smart TV. Wi-Fi is included. If necessary, the sofa turns into an equally comfortable double bed which, combined with the blackout curtains, makes this area a second bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, sink, refrigerator (where you will find fresh water upon your arrival), microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with pods of various flavors, tea, as well as the necessary utensils to cook your favorite foods or prepare a romantic dinner. In the spacious bedroom, you will find two closets in which to store your clothes with extreme comfort and practicality. Inside, you will also find a small safe with a key. The bed is 140 x 200 cm, with a comfortable mattress, pure cotton sheets and soft pillows that will give you a perfect rest and make you wake up full of energy. The bedroom is also equipped with a new generation fan, adjustable with a practical remote control, which will allow you to cool off in the hottest hours of the day. The bathroom provides all the necessary amenities: a comfortable shower, sink, towels, hairdryer and a stool to place your belongings. For us, sustainability and environmental protection are really important and to avoid unnecessary waste we have installed two soap dispensers, naturally offered by the house, one for the hands and one for the shower. The terrace surrounded by palm trees and local garden plants is at your complete disposal. Here you will find a table with chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the ocean. A bag with two beach towels, to be used in the pool, is another plus offered to make your vacation even more unique and special. Guest access From November 2025, the swimming pool will be closed for renovation. During the works, you can access the swimming pool of the Elite Club Resorts complex, which is 5 minutes from the apartment. Other things to note We inform all our guests that before arriving at the apartment it is mandatory to check in online. Otherwise, it will not be possible to access the house. You will receive the link a week or three days before your arrival. Please note that booking on a third-party basis is a violation of Airbnb's terms of service. If this is not specified, we may contact customer service to cancel and report the violation. For stays longer than 15 days, if cleaning is not carried out during your stay, you will be required via airbnb to pay for the extra cleaning of €65. If the guest needs extra cleaning during the stay, the service is Euro 40 including linen change. The cost of the baby cot is 20 euros and the high chair 15 euros.
