Inside, you’ll find everything you need to relax — a cozy 1.20 bed, high-speed internet with a dedicated access point and wired connection for extra reliability, and a 50-inch smart TV with access to your favorite streaming platforms. The shower offers a strong, steady flow of delicious hot water for a refreshing experience. You’ll also have a mini fridge for your drinks and snacks, and a private patio to enjoy Medellín’s beautiful sunny weather. If the space is taken, you can easily park on the surrounding streets. The neighborhood is very safe, so you can leave your car with peace of mind. Guest access Loto features an autonomous keypad lock for both the main entrance and your apartment—no need to worry about keys or arrival times. Late check-ins are no problem! Before your stay, we’ll send you a detailed message with all the info you need for a smooth, hassle-free check-in. Other things to note - A photo or copy of your passport is required before check-in. At check-in, you must present the original physical passport or Colombian ID (cédula). This applies to all guests and visitors. Copies, temporary documents ("contraseña"), or police reports are not accepted. - If you're traveling with a minor, please bring their civil registration and a document confirming you are their legal guardian. Without this, the minor cannot stay. - Only one visitor at a time is allowed. - Late check-out will incur an additional fee if you do not leave by the agreed time. - Reservations made on behalf of third parties are not allowed. - Use of Netflix or other streaming services is through your own personal account.
