Country house for families

Welcome to our large country house, isolated in a bucolic place nestled in the heart of the Gers valleys, on a plot of 8000 m2 surrounded by fields and forests, 10 min from all amenities. You will enjoy a secure swimming pool, a large covered terrace, a veranda, a billiard room and a cinema lounge (with access to Canal+ and HD movies) Outdoor activities nearby: tree climbing, educational farm, zoo, go-karting, Muret Beach, local gastronomy. The space We rent out our main residence of nearly 300 m2. We want you to enjoy our slice of paradise for families with children of all ages for the holidays. A few private rooms and furniture will be closed. You will have access in the day part (on one level): - to a large living room of 50 m2 with a fireplace insert that turns into a cinema or video game screening room. -a game room, billiards table of 35m2 with bar and music installation -a large equipped kitchen of 35m2 with fridge, freezer, cooking piano, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. -a laundry and cleaning area In the night part, you will have access to 3 bedrooms of 16m2 including 2 on the ground floor and one upstairs: - A master bedroom, with a 140 double bed, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, storage spaces and private outdoor access. -A bedroom with children's closets with bunk beds in 90, and an extra small child bed (an umbrella bed is also available and there is room to put a double mattress 180 on the floor on request). - Upstairs, a 2nd master bedroom with a 180 bed and a nice view on the garden . In front of it, a large bathroom with bath, 2 sinks, 1 bidet and a toilet. For your information, the upstairs windows are secured by locks whose keys will be given to you. The day and night areas are connected by a passage room of about 18 m2. From June to September, outside is a large salt pool and fenced 10m x 5m x 1.50 m with slide. In the northern part of the barn, you will have access to a large sheltered terrace with views of the valleys and lavender fields. A gas grill-plancha is available. The 8000 m2 of garden will be available with several shaded nooks for snacking or fun (the tower of the pond is partially fenced). You can also walk along the way or towards the forest and enjoy the calm without worrying about the neighbors. In case of wind, this place is perfect for kites that will be made available to you on request. Guest access All the aforementioned rooms will be accessible. The barn will be closed as well as our son's bedroom upstairs. One room per area will be closed (technical room or private storage space) Other things to note For the summer, several mosquito traps will be placed around the house to improve your comfort and allow you to make the most of your evenings outside, and we are equipping the rooms with mosquito nets. You will also have the vegetables from the vegetable garden available.
