WE HAVE BEACH ACCESS, 1 OUTDOOR POOL, INDOOR POOL & HOT TUB, Fitness center & Sauna. Across from large shopping center w/grocery, Walgreens, retail shops, dining options including an ice cream parlor, pizza & more. Close to Daytona's Boardwalk. 20 minutes to International Speedway The space Beautiful direct oceanfront 1 bedroom with an open floor plan. Upon entering the unit you will see the private bathroom. Walk into the bedroom with 2 queen beds, lots of storage and a large TV. Continue on into the open kitchen and living room with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. Another queen bed sleeper in living room along with a TV and eating area. Sip your morning coffee on the private balcony and watch the sun rise every morning. Or relax on the balcony after a long day at the beach. Resort is conveniently located to grocery store, shopping, dining, attractions and lots of sight seeing. Guest access We have opened 1 heated outdoor pool and the indoor pool and 1 hot tub but working on heaters. Also available are fitness center and sauna. We have beach access and private parking in the lot on other side of white fence. Beach access on the north side of the building at the new beach ramp with spray off fountains and benches Other things to note We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.
