Welcome to our beautiful house located 30 meters from the beach of the port of Magouër in front of Etel. This exceptional property is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable family vacation. The terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful weather. Imagine yourself enjoying a delicious meal, while soaking up the atmosphere of the harbor. The panoramic view of the Ria d'Étel from the upper floors is simply breathtaking. 4 to 6 people The space The house is broken down as follows: 1 Large room on the ground floor with a large fitted kitchen, and a beautiful dining room / living room area, very bright. On the ground floor, there is also a laundry area with a washing machine/dryer, separate toilet, a first bathroom and a first bedroom with two single beds with storage. On the first floor, you will enjoy a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and storage and the second bathroom with toilet to complete. (a small bedroom is also available on this floor for a reading corner or to put a baby with a baby cot) On the second floor, another large bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, storage and enjoying 180° views of the Ria d'Etel and the boat cemetery, the third bathroom with toilet in the house is adjacent to this room. The large enclosed terrace is fully equipped: a barbecue and a large convivial table with umbrella for outdoor dining, sunbathing to relax. Kids Friendly ;) brand new baby equipment: a comfortable baby bed with changing accessory, a high chair, a baby bath will be at your disposal as well as safety gates for the stairs! Pet Friendly ;) our well-behaved small pets under 15 kg are allowed. Parking is available in the backyard, provided you have a "compact" car, the entrance is not wide. Our house is fully equipped to meet all your needs. The modern kitchen includes all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals and convivial moments. The spacious dining room is perfect for family meals, while the comfortable living room invites you to relax and share precious moments with loved ones.
