The Edinburgh Botanic Garden , Calton Hill , Edinburgh Castle & Princes Street , Scottish National Galleries, all the theatres , and within walking distance of most Festival and Fringe destinations. The space It’s an attic double bedroom with a comfy bed , warm and clean , loads of storage space and a desk . Guest access Halls & stairs , dining room , your bedroom and bathroom , and the kitchen for teas , coffee and shortbread . During your stay I’ll be downstairs , as I’m a live -in host .
