Shoreline Tiny home located on the channel of Rainbow Lake! This 600 sq. ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin has 1 queen bed and a futon couch bed. Perfect for a couple or small family. In the warmer months, launch a kayak right off the backyard into the channel and paddle around the beautiful lake! Afterward, wind down for happy hour and enjoy the gorgeous outdoors around a campfire on the shore, or enjoy the large wrap around patio with a gas firepit and ample seating. The space Outdoor enthusiasts will be amazed with the over 40 lakes and streams that offer up abundant fishing, including bass, trout, pike, walleye, catfish, and crappie. The White Mountains offer four distinct seasons with 75-degree summers, a winter wonderland, and 180 miles of developed hiking trails, remote camping and wildlife, downhill and cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, nine golf courses, year round festivals, casino gambling, unique shops, and many restaurants and close by. Guest access Entire house and gated yard. The shoreline with water access is not fenced pets are welcome with pet deposit 🐶 Other things to note The water in the channel is dependent on time of season. Spring and early to mid summer are usually the higher water seasons, There are 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and a small dingy boat for your use with paddles available for all! we also have 1 paddle board! If you are looking to do some fishing, permits are required by the lake. Fire restrictions: During the dry season there can be fire restrictions in the area please be aware of any fire restrictions at your time of stay. Violations can result in a fine. There is a gas fire pit to use on the patio if wood burning is not allowed. Kitchenette: There is a full size fridge, microwave and toaster oven but no stove top or oven. The electric patio grill is available for use, or a single burner hotplate is available.
